In this edition, we wish to discuss the superiority of the spiritual power of the believers over that of the demonic agents. To really understand this lecture we need to know some basic things that are not usually taught in the church and without which we cannot properly understand the way of the Lord. An average Christian is probably he that believes in what he does not understand. I will itemize them as follows;
Every physical object animate or inanimate also exists as a spiritual entity. This implies that it has a spiritual dimension.
Every Association, marital, group or township, the moment they are formed become a spiritual entity.
We all know that prayer is spiritual. Anything and any situation that prayer can affect exist also in spiritual realm. This is the basis of Matt 18:18
Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Matt 18:18
Man is a spirit being that has a soul which lives in the flesh. The earthman is positively dead since the betrayal of God by Adam. This means, the spirit man that is “the real man is a state of coma or unconsciousness. It requires the spirit of God (Holy Spirit) or that of Satan (demonic spirit) to bring man into consciousness. He has the consciousness of his physical environment but has no consciousness of his spiritual environment whereas he lives in the two realms. The demonic agents take advantage of this situation to lift ordinary man out of body at sleep and take him to where his life is manipulated to steal, kill and destroy him.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. Matt 13:25
But true and real believers are empowered not only to resist the devil but dash him with iron rod and like potters vessel.
Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Psalm 2:9.
This is accomplished through the empowerment of the Guardian Angel. We shall introduce here the identity of the Guardian Angel to you.
GUARDIAN ANGEL
Guardian Angel is the dimension of God in man. It forms the higher nature of the believers that guards him to accomplish the assignment that God gives him. Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Exodus 23:20
Until we achieve Christ’s consciousness, we are guarded by the Angel assigned to us. Anointing has no other meaning than assignment of the Guardian Angel. Angels mean Messengers. They are spirit beings with enormous powers to do as God desires. For example only one Angel killed 185,000 soldiers of Senacherub. What Angels have in common with man and God is that they are intelligent beings. They also have volition which means ability of choice.
Every man of God is chosen by God to accomplish a purpose in the plan of God. God normally assigns an Angel with the power to see such a one through in his assignment.
Example of Joshua.
And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant?And the captain of the LORD's host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so. Joshua 5:13-15
Joshua became the custodian of the captain of the host of heaven. That means a power that was higher than any power on earth.
There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Joshua 1:5
We need to note that in Joshua 1:1-9, Joshua was tutored about his assignment and what precautions to take when the assignment commenced. He was told clearly in verse 6 that he would not only posses the land but shall divide the land to various tribes of Israel.
Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. Joshua 1:6
The precautions he needed was courage and strength and to achieve this, he must mediate day and night in the word (Law and Precept) of God and do always according to the word.
I will cite a very important instance of encounter between believers and the demonic agents to illustrate this topic. This can be used as Spiritual Authourity by the readers to establish their supremacy over their demonic tormentors. It is indeed a prayer reference for those that are presently held down by Ancestral or Generational Curse or Household Enemies. The testimonies of how God truncated the enemies of his people are our meditation for a successful prayer.
I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation. Psalm 119:99
Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.
Jer 5:14
But by my Name JEHOVAH
Moses and Aaron met with Pharaoh to demand the release of the people of Israel. Rather than releasing them, Pharaoh added to their burden. The elder of Israel complained to Moses who in turn met with the Lord. Then the Lord revealed a new dimension of himself to Moses, I am Jehovah.
And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. Exodus 6:3.
Jehovah means “He causes to become”. It is about absolute and limitless power. The implication is that Moses was spiritually upgraded through the assignment of the captain of the host of heaven. This situation reflected in the contest with the magicians of Pharaoh who at plague four became powerless and had to complain to Pharaoh that Moses was operating beyond their level (finger of God)
And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast. Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said. Exodus 8:18-19
While demonic agents represented by the magicians of Pharaoh fell at number four, Moses and Aaron went up to number ten where God killed all the first born in Egypt (Exodus 12:29-35) this led to the release of Israel by their oppressors. Readers of this message who are still held down into spiritual slavery by their household enemies and are unable to make headway in life are with this Prophecy hereby released.
We must at the same time ensure that the enemies are permanently disabled so that they will never pose danger to the children of God. This was why God let Pharaoh regretted the release of Israel and was deceived to believe that Israel were stranded in the wilderness. He pursued them and perished in the Red sea. By this authourity I decree here that every Pharaoh in your life will perish. God actually said to Israel, ‘You will not see these enemies again’.
And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. Exodus 14:13
